My Services include a 6-month program to help you heal and maintain a balanced, healthy gut with diet, stress management and lifestyle changes that help you progress and are achievable. The program will help you stay on track with the small changes needed to get healthy and feel better.
It consists of 2 sessions a month to track progress and make adjustments to suit your lifestyle better and address other issues as they arise. Email, text and phone support throughout the month is available if you have questions or concerns.

Offering guidance, support and knowledge in helping work through other underlying health issues to help you get on track to wellness and a balanced lifestyle. Help you track symptoms and work on finding the right foods and nutrients your body needs to heal.

Helping you find ways to alleviate stress and sleep better for a more harmonious life. Together we can develop ways for you to find more peace and balance in day to day life.

Helping couples manage their stress through stress management, diet, and lifestyle adjustments that will improve their wellness and communication to develop a stronger bond. Also, help engaged couples plan and organize their wedding vendors to minimize the stress of planning and allow them to build a marriage after their wedding day.
